Diagusted and Annoyed Customer

They phoned me for a clearance certificate and then told me a once off fee that will be split over 2 months.. It sounded good and then they send me debit order mandates for those two amounts. After it was approved I only then received email with other conditions that streched over a year of payments. I tried to contact Ruwaidah Erasmus immediately after recwiving her emails she is the one who spoke to me on the phone and they said to leave mesaage. She phone me and i Told her I want to cancel evwrything. She said she will atrange and sens cancellatikn email to say that NO money will go off from my bank account..today 1 week later after numerous emails and phone calls I still have not received that confirmation. Carin in Cancellatikn department told me all ia cancelled but the assessment fee with Ruwaidah I still need to pay that is R685. She did not even do an asseaament. I have sen Ruwaihdah emails and phone calls to phone me with no luck. So pleaeDO NOT JOIN THESE PEOPLE. THEIR ACTIONS IS NOT GOOD. I told Cancellation dep how can I pay for somwthing that I immediately cancelled with agent? Please if somwone from their Management team sort this out foe me l.told agent spwcifically I do not accept their emails and amounts and now I am charged bexauae I spoke to an Agent?
