Rude, unprofessional, theft
Too bad there is no Zero star rating for this company. They did a removal for us and when we discovered that we had boxes missing we wrote several emails to inform them about it and they never bothered to respond. When I called to ask, the receptionist was very defensive and rude. All I was simply asking for was business etiquette for them to at least respond to my email even if they could lie and say we will enquire and get back to you but nope I was told there is nothing we can do about it. Should have read other reviews before taking up their service.

Thank you very much for the excellent service. The team work was great. We have no damages to any of our furniture after we were moved to our new home. Keep it up!!
