Too bad there is no Zero star rating for this company. They did a removal for us and when we discovered that we had boxes missing we wrote several emails to inform them about it and they never bothered to respond. When I called to ask, the receptionist was very defensive and rude. All I was simply asking for was business etiquette for them to at least respond to my email even if they could lie and say we will enquire and get back to you but nope I was told there is nothing we can do about it. Should have read other reviews before taking up their service.
Woolworths I have been trying to get hold of you guys for over 3 weeks now and noone has ever bothered to return my emails from enquires to recoveries to nationwide what what emails, not one person has cared to respond to my emails. I need a indicating that my account is paid up. This is becoming an inconvenience now because my bank needs this letter and this is over 3 weeks now. May you guys call me on 0631336653
