A waste of money

I have listed my self-catering holiday apartments on RSAsearch in April. I had a lot of problems getting my listing up and running. It's been 6 months now and my listing is still not right. People can't reach me because I don't receive any enquiry emails due to them not setting up my listing correctly, I've tested it myself a few times. I also had to delete the paypal function because it interfered with the "instant book" function and "get a quote" function. So if someone wants to book they can not pay online through paypal, I have to send them my banking details in an email. If I activate paypal then the "get a quote" function don't work only the "instant book" function work - it is a problem because I need to send the quest a quote first. I will never advertise on RSA search again. I can not even get a refund or tell them to take down my listing because you have to pay a once off amount for a year's advertising. After a lot of phone calls and numerous email sent to RSA search this is really frustrating.
