Unauthorized debit orders
In the worst time of lockdown - where we had no income, RSA Search took two double payments out of our bank without permission although we cancelled our subscription ahead of time. When their mistake was pointed out, they admitted (by email) that they had made the mistake and that they would correct it. After many emails and calls - no feedback or response to date.

Unauthorized debit orders
In the worst time of lockdown - where we had no income, RSA Search took two double payments out of our bank without permission although we cancelled our subscription ahead of time. When their mistake was pointed out, they admitted (by email) that they had made the mistake and that they would correct it. After many emails and calls - no feedback or response to date.

If there were only a "no stars" option - it would be selected. My Google Review (also unanswered, and, also just yet another one among the many 1/5 reviews for RSA Search available online) refers: Quite literally, RSA Web has stolen money from our account, simply disregarded clear and direct instruction (as based upon written and traceable/provable email correspondence) to only run the subscription as a (PAID!!) TRIAL / LIMITED period, then, low and behold - we get billed for years thereafter... And, once finally noticed/forcefully cancel the debit order of R499 with the bank, get threatened with lawyers letters...! And for what exactly? A 'service' which, WE DID NOT WANT or agree to!! After both phoning, as well as sending NUMEROUS emails to them, NO efforts or contact in return have been made to correct the situation. To rub salt in the wounds, our guest house was not even listen on their site when following up - so, we were literally being billed for something we: a) asked not to be billed for, and b) were not even receiving any benefits from (FYI - not that we found the discussed trial period to be of any value whatsoever). I very much hope / expect to hear from someone soon with regard to the return of roughly R5,000 debited from our account without authorisation, else, failing the owner/s finally taking this seriously, will have no choice but to simply make arrangements for our attorneys to take on the matter further.

They took double payment in March and April, and said for May and June there would be no deduction, just to my surprise that they debited R3289 on 16 May 2020 without permission, and now the only phone nr listed keeps going to voicemail!!

I cancelled my subscription with RSA Search in June 2018. My debit order was cancelled in June 2018. On Saturday, 16 May 2020, nearly 2 years later RSA Search deducted R190,00 from my bank account without my persmission. This amount was unlawfully taken out of my bank account without my persmission. Calling them on the landline the phone goes to voice message, I left a voice message, I have send several e-mails and got no reply.

A waste of money
I have listed my self-catering holiday apartments on RSAsearch in April. I had a lot of problems getting my listing up and running. It's been 6 months now and my listing is still not right. People can't reach me because I don't receive any enquiry emails due to them not setting up my listing correctly, I've tested it myself a few times. I also had to delete the paypal function because it interfered with the "instant book" function and "get a quote" function. So if someone wants to book they can not pay online through paypal, I have to send them my banking details in an email. If I activate paypal then the "get a quote" function don't work only the "instant book" function work - it is a problem because I need to send the quest a quote first. I will never advertise on RSA search again. I can not even get a refund or tell them to take down my listing because you have to pay a once off amount for a year's advertising. After a lot of phone calls and numerous email sent to RSA search this is really frustrating.

RSA Search - Unacceptable Service
Since I have joined RSA Search in 2018 I have experienced problems with this company. They don't adhere to what the customer is requesting, they deduct money from my account on the incorrect dates of the month. They do not respond to my emails and telephone calls. I have requested Danie for the Directors email response!! I have phoned yesterday to speak to one of the Directors and the reception lady said the are all in a meeting she will get the Director to call me back, I am STILL waiting for the call. I am running a bed and breakfast - My place is on their website as self-catering, this is unacceptable!!! Since 2018 I did not even get any response from the RSA Search website, is this site really working.
