My Google Review (also unanswered, and, also just yet another one among the many 1/5 reviews for RSA Search available online) refers:

Quite literally, RSA Web has stolen money from our account, simply disregarded clear and direct instruction (as based upon written and traceable/provable email correspondence) to only run the subscription as a (PAID!!) TRIAL / LIMITED period, then, low and behold - we get billed for years thereafter... And, once finally noticed/forcefully cancel the debit order of R499 with the bank, get threatened with lawyers letters...!

And for what exactly? A 'service' which, WE DID NOT WANT or agree to!!

After both phoning, as well as sending NUMEROUS emails to them, NO efforts or contact in return have been made to correct the situation. To rub salt in the wounds, our guest house was not even listen on their site when following up - so, we were literally being billed for something we: a) asked not to be billed for, and b) were not even receiving any benefits from (FYI - not that we found the discussed trial period to be of any value whatsoever). I very much hope / expect to hear from someone soon with regard to the return of roughly R5,000 debited from our account without authorisation, else, failing the owner/s finally taking this seriously, will have no choice but to simply make arrangements for our attorneys to take on the matter further.
