Active since May 2020
On the 23/02/2021 someone hooked a line and caused the line and to polls to break. Reported the problem on the 24/02/2021, its been a week an still nothing has been done, everytime i phone telkom the say that they will escalate the problem, and still nothing, and now i have been told that they are waiting for materials to fix the line, how long does that take, So we will also decline to pay our bill in the future as we have to pay for something thats not even working. We need the landline and the adsl for the business. Really very disappointed
They took double payment in March and April, and said for May and June there would be no deduction, just to my surprise that they debited R3289 on 16 May 2020 without permission, and now the only phone nr listed keeps going to voicemail!!
