I cancelled my subscription with RSA Search in June 2018. My debit order was cancelled in June 2018. On Saturday, 16 May 2020, nearly 2 years later RSA Search deducted R190,00 from my bank account without my persmission. This amount was unlawfully taken out of my bank account without my persmission. Calling them on the landline the phone goes to voice message, I left a voice message, I have send several e-mails and got no reply.
I reported a adsl fault on the 7th April 2016 and Telkom have never called me or messaged me to say that they attending to the fault . It is now 10 days past the logged date and if I call the call centre you will only hear telkom will attend to the matter . What more must one do to get an answer of the extent of the fault .
