I am so mad at myself for not checking the rating before I ordered something from Fruugo. Now I have lost more than R500 and no item being delivered. This is a very expensive lesson for me.
Although our business does not even have an account with them, they provided us with excellent service with a card machine. The best options, good advice and always ready to help.
The registration process went well and I could start using my card machine but since the first transaction (11 Aug) no payout was made to my account. I have contacted Yoco customer service but with no luck. Every time something else apparently is wrong. We are a small business and this influence our cash flow a lot.
In the worst time of lockdown - where we had no income, RSA Search took two double payments out of our bank without permission although we cancelled our subscription ahead of time. When their mistake was pointed out, they admitted (by email) that they had made the mistake and that they would correct it. After many emails and calls - no feedback or response to date.
This business take months to pay or does not pay at all. They don't respect your business policies at all ! ! !
