They have been charging me R909 for 75/75MBPs octotel fibre, even thought they discontinued the product in MAY 2025 and are now charging other clients R845 for 100/100MBPs octotel fibre. So they're. charging me more money for less services. They do not care about that, are unwilling to take responsibility or apologise. Their customer service is pathetic. Every time you reply to an email a different person responds to it
