They have been charging me R909 for 75/75MBPs octotel fibre, even thought they discontinued the product in MAY 2025 and are now charging other clients R845 for 100/100MBPs octotel fibre. So they're. charging me more money for less services. They do not care about that, are unwilling to take responsibility or apologise. Their customer service is pathetic. Every time you reply to an email a different person responds to it
I accidentally left my phone at the check out counter at the Woolworths store at Gardens Centre, Cape Town. Thankfully Nobuhle, the cashier who helped me, handed it in to management and I was able to get it back. They were really professional and kind about it
I keep getting lots of SPAM sms from mtn trying to sell me bundles or getting me to subscribe to services. They all say dial *135# to opt out, but I have done this multiple times and it doesn't stop the messages. I went into the MTN store at Gardens Shopping Centre and they said there is no way to stop the messages
Unsolicited phone calls. Rude operator. Refuses to remove name from list
I went into this store, instead of the portent inside Gardens Centre, to get booklets printed. I was met by Gavin, the most unexcited and unhelpful man I have dealt with recently. Between long periods of silence, he was unable to work out how to print A5 word documents. He said that the person who had made them should have sent PDFs. I was unable to do his job for him so I left and have taken my business to Postnet, who are able to print 2 A5 documents on an A4 page and cut the page in half. This guy was really particularly unhelpful and disinterested
I have had a Discovery Life income continuation policy for 14 years. Recently, I had a health problem and was unable to work for a period of time. It was extremely difficult completing the process of having this period of unemployment evaluated for income continuity, but at the end of the day I think that discovery were thorough and reasonable assessing the claim and came through with reasonable cover, more so that I had expected considering the length and complicated nature of the claim process
My driver parked his bike outside in the road. It seems like he just sat in the bike and sent me a message in the app and started the 8-minute count down timer. I don't think he made much effort to find my flat even though I have written fairly comprehensive instructions. In truth my phone was on and the app was open, but the messages didn't show up. Until after UberEats phoned me. If the instruction is bring the item in the driver should bring the item in and not send a message and wait outside doing nothing until the timer runs out.
<p>Openweb started debitting my account randomly without me signing up for any service and without providing any service. They have acknowledged that this error occured, but subsequently have stopped responding to emails and will not return the money stolen from my account</p>
<p>I emailed Webafrica customer service to ask them if they would provide me with a free router for my fibre to the home installation. They setup the router with my customer details and delivered it to my house within 4 hours of sending the email.</p> <p>There was an outage today and I phoned and was helped by Tiffany van Boom, who I think was one of the best customer service representatives that I have ever spoken to. She knew how to trouble shoot the problem and she also knew when she needed further feedback. She was very professional and kept me up-to-date on what she was doing</p>
<p>Openweb was my ADSL provider. I cancel my service on 13 November 2015 because of appauling customer service, which entailed never being able to speak with anybody with any technical knowledge, not returning calls and support systems being unavailable.</p> <p> </p> <p>From first July to first December openweb started debiting money from my bank account without my permission and without providing me with any services. I have approached them on 19th December 2016 and provided them with feedback about this problem and my banking details. They have said they would pay back the money and have not done so and are no longer replying to my emails.</p>
