RCS Avelo refusing to pay back my refund

I am very dissapointed with this company after I bought some stock from them and it happened that I have stock that was in excess and I returned it back to them on the 08th October. I was assisted by a lady named Rebecca who promised to escalate to their head office for my refund, but to date I haven't received my refund and yet the company received their stock already.

Rebecca doesn't take any initiative to contact or give me any updates, i am the one that always have to call or send endless emails begging for my refund. I think they are ****mers coz I can't understand what is taking them forever to process just a credit.😠😠
