Disregard, disrespectful to customerss

This was the worse unprofessionalism I ever had to deal with. I went to Rse Electronics with my fiance to pick up a fixed cable. At the pay point this lady started asking personal questions to my fiance and I turned towards him and said "seems like the whole world knows you are going away. This lady then breached into our conversation getting personal, I said I think this conversation is irrelevant, The "sales lady" spoke to me/ us as if we were her children and acted like a hooligan not knowing her place and behaving like a professional should. She insulted me and when we left and called back to complain about her inappropriate behavior she again yelled, cussed and made accusations, she then got a man to call us back implying we made a scene and threatened me. As he was on the fone to us you could hear her yelling in the background, this man called Chris made no effort to hear our side or bothered to ask what had happened. I am very upset that she think she can behave this way towards customers and get away with it. It almost seems as if it was personal but nonetheless, this happened in her work place and I dont know her from a bar of soap!!!! Worse client service totally lacking respect and professionalism!!! I am disgusted with her behavior
