Con Artist

The worst con artist out there. Payment was given to her a month in advance and delivery date was made a week before my function. Once the delivery date passed, we received excuse after excuse, which seems like lies to me. She pays someone else to do the work she says she does. Delivery is only made the day before the function (in the evening) via uber and that too things are missing. The day of the party she insists to have my chocolates delivered, unfortunately I tell her to refund me. She hasn't till now.
