Outstanding service

I recently had an insurance claim and the assessor from RTR assessors Mr Richard Chilalika was sent out to perform an assessment on my damaged items. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the nature of my claim. His assessment was fair and conclusive. Outstanding service.
