I am absolutely furious and appalled by the service I’ve received from RRT Delivery. I have been waiting for my parcel since Monday the 25th, and every single day the tracking updates show that the package is “en route” in the morning, only for it to change to “delivery failed” in the afternoon. This has happened repeatedly. What makes this even worse is that I never received a single call, SMS, or notification from RRT. There was no attempt to contact me, no driver details, and no explanation as to why delivery supposedly failed. I was available and waiting, yet no one showed up. This level of service is completely unacceptable. A delivery company should at the very least communicate with customers if there is an issue. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service is shocking. I would not recommend RRT Delivery to anyone unless you are prepared to wait indefinitely with no updates and no communication.
