Poor Service Delivery and Lack of Communication
I have had an absolutely UNACCEPTABLE experience with this company. I have been waiting for my MTN device since the 25th of January, and to date, there has been no proper delivery or communication.
What is even more concerning is the level of customer service. When attempting to contact the company for assistance, their employees simply drop the phone mid-conversation instead of providing any support or explanation. This behaviour is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I will never make use of any company that chooses to use this courier service. I strongly urge businesses to reconsider their partnership with a courier that treats customers with such disregard.
