WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT BUHLE ..DROPS CALLS ON CUSTOMERS

I've been turned from post to pillar by this company. I don't even know if one can call this character a gentleman but this agent by the name of Buhle first transferred me to the incorrect department. After waiting 10mins to get a hold of him he then pretended to help me only to drop the line on me because he could not find an easy solution. Remember this name Buhle when you get to customer service because that is the person who is representing the level of training and service that this company delivers.
