I had to pay for a repair, which has not been done!

MLT Inverters has been purchased by Rubicon. Rubicon owns and repairs the inverters.

Our inverter was sent in to repair the change-over switch. A clear request! You did not repair the changeover switch as requested. The inverter was sent back without the requested repair. Once the inverter was built in again the switch was still not working. Windstrom, the installer decided to repair it by themselves. No initial repair was affected at Rubicon, given that the unit tested with No fault (test results were all within specifications) under our workshop conditions at Richmond Park, Cape Town. Given that the unit was still not operational at the clients premises, we drew conclusions from the site information and our test report and logs that enabled us to supply the required part to resolve the persisting fault. Rubicon would not have been able to supply the required part without our workshop assessment. No words!!
