Rudy Project new lenses not correct
We bought a Rudy Project golf specs through Eyeland Optometrists in Boksburg with a lifetime guarantee against breakage on the lenses. This was approximately 4 years ago. In December 2014, we noticed a crack on the one lense and immediately notified Eyeland who notified Rudy Project SA. They wanted the cracked lense, but we could not return it to them as my son is a professional golfer and can't play without it. <br> <br> They did not believe Eyeland when they told them about the cracked lense, and wanted photographs of the lense. Eyeland took pictures. They said that only the one lense would be replaced which Eyeland disagreed with but Rudy Project insisted that it was all they could do. <br> <br> We waited 5 months for the lense as it had to be manufactured in Italy. When we received the lense, it was not the same colour as the previous one and it could not be used. Rudy Project agreed to make another lense, and waited another 2 months untill 3 July 2015. ?<br> These are prescription glasses and Rudy Project was told to make the exact same. It is still not correct and are uneven. <br>

Excellent Service
The assistance received in resolving a broken frame was excellent. The service was friendly, efficient and far exceeded my expectations. Thank you. My next pair of sunglasses will definitely be a set of Rudy Projects again.
