TOTALLY overpriced given the atrocious product support. Great product as long as it works. You can throw it bin it if it is going to need a repair. Will NEVER, NEVER EVER be ********** by them again!!!!
After all these years, still great service from the best-est bicycle mechanic on the planet! Thanks OB!!!!
No point in writing a review. This bank does not care. It says it is responding but it just sends out automatically generated emails. No customer service here. This bank has now providing even less service by no longer being willing to email statements. you have to now go and down load it yourself. What an utter rubbish institution!
This bank will actually remove a co-signatory from a bank account without even advising the signatory of their action. In doing this bank has been complicit in fraud being perpetrated.
When I bought a second-hand 2015 GLA in 2017 with 54000km I was assured that the maintenance plan can be extended by 40,000 or 60,000 or 80,000km as long as the period did not exceed 8 years from new and as long as the extension was purchased before 100,000km. I obtained a quote in 2018 and all the options were still available. A quote was again obtained in May 2019 with the intention to finalise saving the funds to purchase the maintenance plan. At the start of July 2019 sufficient funds were saved. The maintenance plan options were now however drastically changed in that the 80,000km option was no longer available and the 60,000km plan's price doubled from R1/km to R2/km. There is no arguing that a manufacturer has the right to change prices and offerings but with inflation being around the 6% mark (and less) over the last few years and the ZAR has been not depreciated by nearly that much, the question arises why such a fundamental change in hiking an extended plan by 100% and reducing the options? Are they: - protecting themselves against a defect on the GLA that has become apparent on the higher mileage vehicles and not telling the consumer? - trying to force the sales of new vehicles in a depressed economy by inflating the extended maintenance plan price to the point where, if one has a bit of luck, there is no economic sense in buying it but rather put the money to the purchase price of a new car? - simply no longer behind their brand as has been the case in the past but still demanding a premium price at the sales point, again without telling the consumer? Whatever the reason, Mercedes-Benz South Africa appears to just no longer be the premium brand it claims to be. Seems to be much better to purchase a vehicle from a less “premium claiming” manufacturer at a lower price point and not have the expectation that such a manufacturer will back its brand, Clearly Mercedes-Benz South Africa has made this decision. Goodbye to them, any ideas to purchase another one has been flushed.
1. The OMNI Accounts (C & A KUDLA SERVICES CC ) telephone support is PATHETIC! They do not believe clients are important enough to be able for the same consultant to phone you back. 2. OMNI Accounts (C & A KUDLA SERVICES CC ) does not provide onsite support at all. It have NO plan B when its plan A does not make the cut. It just don't care for finding an alteranative solution. If you don't want to work with Team Viewer with them there is NO support. 3. Any power dips or internet interruptions when remotely logged in results in "hanging users" which in turn results in all paid for users not being able to log in. The "hanging users" can not be reset through its control centre. You have to wait several hours for it to clear or go through the complicated process of logging ALL users out and then resetting the server or following a process to **** the data basis software. 4. OMNI Accounts (C & A KUDLA SERVICES CC ) email correspondence on critical issues such as a change on the VAT rate is POOR, even their own phone support agent fell into the same trap that we did due to their poor communication. 5. ARROGANT support agents - they will happily quote your emails back to out of context and not fully answer the question yet will claim they have answered your question. Once the agent in 4 above realised its mistake it suddenly became arrogant in attitude and claimed that the information was all there, yet this agent initially made exactly the same mistake. Carefully consider using OMNI Accounts (C & A KUDLA SERVICES CC ) for you POS and Accounting Solution. You, the client, does not get much respect and the company clearly does not have the will to improve their service or care enough for their clients to find a solution or to phone you back.

I guess this is why they came up with their 7yrs/200000km warranty - so they can rip you off BIG time once the vehicle is out of the service plan!

I was quoted 2 hours labour at R630/hr excl vat for a service on an H100 for oil and filters change, air filter repalcement and adding differantial oil and washer fluid. Even including brakes, wipers etc inspection and repalcing the oil plug gaket it cannot possibly take a qualified mechanic in a fully equiped workshop 2 hours to service such a basic vehicle during a basic service such as this one. When I querried the price and asked for a discount I was told it was not possible as the time schedule quoted is that published by Hyundai SA. Since the vehicle is still under warranty and the closest alternative service centre is 100km away I do not have much of a choice but to service it. The total service came to R3,682.58 incl VAT. A quote from a non-Hyundai service centre that I fully trust came to R2,300.00 incl VAT for the same service. Hence the conclusion that Hyundai SA is overcharging for service and I absolutely dare them to let me sit and watch with a video camera while they do this service in 2 hours. It is absolutely disgusting how the public gets ripped off and how their service providers just shrug their shoulders. ughhhhh!

The assistance received in resolving a broken frame was excellent. The service was friendly, efficient and far exceeded my expectations. Thank you. My next pair of sunglasses will definitely be a set of Rudy Projects again.
