We were sold a system that does not suit our requirements but the salesman told us everything would work. The call centre does not answer queries and just states that we must refer to the manual.The specialist who came out at an extra charge showed us a process completely different to what the system does.

We have Omni Accounts.We are very happy with the software however I now have an issue and have been holding for 18 minutes and still waiting. This is totally unacceptable as I'm calling from my cell phone as the 086 number just says it does not exist. I'm working in a retail shop and need answers now as we are not loosing sales. Still waiting............ This is not the first time.

We have Omni Accounts.We are very happy with the software however I now have an issue and have been holding for 18 minutes and still waiting. Extremely poor after sales service, quick to take your money and leave you and your business in the dark! (Purchased 3 months ago,) Full of promises, selling you products NOT suited to your business. If your business means anything to you, DONT waste your money with Omni Accounts!

From day 1 that I worked with their support staff to help resolve my client's issues, I can honestly say that I can not be more pleased about the level of friendliness, understanding and product knowledge that I enjoy whilst working with them. The team is under a lot of stress, but the soldier through and provide whatever I ask of them. A strong team, like theirs, is a formidable team.

I have been with Omni since December 2015 and note with concern the various issues I have had with the functionality of the system including the lack lustre support received to date. ON THE SUPPORT SIDE No Support received after logging issues, have to contact the support department to receive support. Last week I sent a screenshot of an issue via email, received and automated email, and to date no response, I had to call in to resolve my matter. In General, the ANNUAL LICENSE FEE should include all the below issues as advertised on their WEBSITE, I have rated them on this. Annual Licence Fee (ALF) This is a yearly mandatory licence fee. It is calculated as a percentage of your total software value. It covers the following: • Upgrades to the latest software version. – THIS THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO DO CORRESPOND WEEKLY • Telephone Support. – 100% AT YOUR COST • Same-day Email Support. – 0% IF THEY MEAN AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE THE YES BUT THAT’S AS FAR AS IT GOES • Remote Login Assistance if necessary. – 80% The ALF applies to the following bundles as well as certain switches and when extra user licences are purchased. • Business • Business Pro • POS • Enterprise • Premium The ALF can also be paid monthly on the condition that a Debit Order is signed. - THIS HAS NEVER BEEN OFFERED. I have Upgraded twice prior because I enjoy the simplicity of this product, coming from the background of Pastel and Quickbooks. However, my last upgrade has been a living hell. Bad Correspondence (this is a norm), We have upgraded from 2 users to 5 users, WITH MULTI WAREHOUSES, MULTIPLE BRANCHES, but I was only given 2 registration numbers which was the package I was on previously, now I am being told that I need to pay extra for registration numbers FOR THE OTHER 3 USERS, BUT BELIEVE ME THEY GOING TO BILL ME FOR THE SUPPORT OF ALL THESE USERS(PACKAGE). Prior to purchasing this package, myself and the Salesperson, Orlando discussed everything in depth, I have advised him that we are expanding our business in 2 other cities outside of CPT, also advising him that we will look at centralising as soon as we have the funding (networking), He sent me options of networking/server companies, etc. With reference to my latest discussion3/02/2022, I was then informed after engaging with him that the system cannot deliver what we require. The users can only work off the network in one central location which is not what was discussed previously. They system cannot accommodate users in JHB and PE branches. I called last week again trying to resolve this matter, was given Roslyn’s cell number, NO ANSWER AND NO CALL BACK. Roslyn, who is the manager, is aware of this matter, NO EMAIL RESPONSE YET SHE READ IT (My email settings with READ I RECEIVE) EMAILED SENT ON THE 3/02/2022. I would like this matter to be resolved or be refunded for a package I was sold falsely.

Almost 4 months into a supposedly "planned" upgrade on our POS systems at our stores, almost a 100k cash invested, hours of meetings with an irate management and yet we are still at Point A. No benefits to the upgrade, no absolute reason for spending all that time and money. In fact, it has cost us more trying to train staff and waste more hours on rectifying issues that should have been resolved by Omni Accounts support staff. We were promised and obviously cheated in what they can offer. I am stuck with trying to fix their mess up and to add to that, apparently we now purchased the incorrect licenses(which they chose and advised upon) and are forced to purchase more licenses to fix up their mess. We have no way out of this and we are held to ransom and the only way forward is either giving in to their demands for more money to fix their issues or s**** their systems and start from scratch with a trustworthy company.

1. The OMNI Accounts (C & A KUDLA SERVICES CC ) telephone support is PATHETIC! They do not believe clients are important enough to be able for the same consultant to phone you back. 2. OMNI Accounts (C & A KUDLA SERVICES CC ) does not provide onsite support at all. It have NO plan B when its plan A does not make the cut. It just don't care for finding an alteranative solution. If you don't want to work with Team Viewer with them there is NO support. 3. Any power dips or internet interruptions when remotely logged in results in "hanging users" which in turn results in all paid for users not being able to log in. The "hanging users" can not be reset through its control centre. You have to wait several hours for it to clear or go through the complicated process of logging ALL users out and then resetting the server or following a process to **** the data basis software. 4. OMNI Accounts (C & A KUDLA SERVICES CC ) email correspondence on critical issues such as a change on the VAT rate is POOR, even their own phone support agent fell into the same trap that we did due to their poor communication. 5. ARROGANT support agents - they will happily quote your emails back to out of context and not fully answer the question yet will claim they have answered your question. Once the agent in 4 above realised its mistake it suddenly became arrogant in attitude and claimed that the information was all there, yet this agent initially made exactly the same mistake. Carefully consider using OMNI Accounts (C & A KUDLA SERVICES CC ) for you POS and Accounting Solution. You, the client, does not get much respect and the company clearly does not have the will to improve their service or care enough for their clients to find a solution or to phone you back.
