Can't change loan repayment date,be careful
I had loaned money and have been advised to pay on the 13th of December. I tried to change the date but apparently nothing can be done. There was no agreement on the Dat by the way. This is *******. Absolute *******. Now I'll incur interest charges for this *******. I regret ever taking out a loan with them. Never again.

Big ups to KFC, 4 Volksrust road in Newcastle. Quality customer service, top tier to say the least. Staff is so welcoming and ensures that whatever you order is received by you and that you're satisfied. Shout out to Nqobile the Assistant manager and Nokwazi for treating me with utmost respect and putting my needs as a customer first. This KFC is definately doing something right.

Poor etiquette, poor courtesy and lack of respect.
Given a chance to provide half a star, I would have done so gladly. Today I went to collect my parcel at PEP Cell Newcastle Taxi city. As I got there, I found a young lady name Zinhle at the toll. She didn't invite me to come closer so that she can help me as she was done with a customer who was still loading airtime at the till, obstructing my path. I then decided to slowly walk up and respectfully greet her. I then told her I was there to collect a parcel. It's the way she spoke to me, like she's speaking to one of her friends, I bet she doesn't even speak to them that way neither nor to her own siblings. She shouted for her colleague to get my parcel, which she and the colleague started feeling on my parcel guessing what was inside. I was standing there gobsmacked at the level of disrespect and lack of customer service. I took my parcel and thanked her respectfully again, to which she casually responded 'Sho'. Whatever happened to courtesy and etiquette. Anyway, I pray you use other PEP Cell stores and not the 1 in Taxi city for collection of your Paxi parcels if you too care about service. I regret it. Never ever again. Her name is Zinhle. I won't forget.

A star in the making, true Mugg & Bean rep.
I would like to convey a long overdue compliment to a gentleman I refer to as a 'Barista', Mr. Ayanda Mchunu for his consistency in delivering quality hot drinks. That gentleman knows how to please visual aesthetic as well as taste buds. I am never disappointed. I can only wish for him to be recognized and hopefully given an opportunity to further his skills in being a Barista. He is top tier, no doubt.

They take customer service seriously. I had never had an issue with them in the past, it was the first time ever. My previous reviews can attest to that. I had logged a complaint regarding my delivery being late. They responded by apologizing not only verbally but with a whopping R200 voucher. Thank you Shantal and Keanu. I'm stuffing my face as we speak.

Exceptional service accompanied by quality taste.
The burgers taste way better there, the sauce isn't excessive, buns always fresh, especially the chips. Not to forget to mention the exceptional service. Shout out to Veronica at Steers, Shell, Newcastle Drive thru.

Unreliable. Scam.
Given a chance, I wouldn't rate it at all. I placed an order via their app at around 18h51. Paid online. They send a message to say they'll deliver at 20h00. It's now 20h31. I call, there's no answer. There's no tracking your order. Lesson learnt. I just sunk R 200 down the drain.

A happy Debonair customer without cease
It's not the first time time I'm commending the service, quality, standard and delivery of Debonairs based in Newcastle corner. To this day, I'm impressed. A big shout out and heartfelt gratitude to Abdul, who tok time to inform me that he will be delayed. He was so kind and friendly. God bless him. I pray the other branches take tips from here. My pizza is so fresh, well prepared... Besssst!!!!
