My reply the umpteenth mail the sent to my deceased friends wife stating that he owes Telkom money. "I have, on numerous occasions informed NuDebt (The Company) about the passing of Mr. Renison utilizing various methods of communication (Email and telephonically). Proof of passing (Death Certificate and Declaration of Death) was sent and acknowledgement of receipt was given by "The Company". Verbally assurance was given by Wendy that the listing will be removed from the system and no further communication in regards to the matter will be entertained by either parties involved. In the last telephonic interaction with a less than helpful call assistant, a promise was made that there exists a willingness on this side to lay a formal charge of harassment against "The Company" at the local police station, as well as the relevant governing body to which "The Company" must subscribe. All avenues, including but not limited to Podcasts, Social media and all consumer protection websites and organizations will be supp**** with all evidence and material pertaining to this matter. A national call will also go out on all listed platforms to call as many victims of your abuse, harassment, ******ion and theft until such a time that "The Company" loses its credibility and operating privileges. Enough is enough!!! The general perception by the public is that any interaction with "The Company" is like dealing with a Mickey Mouse organization. I await a call from somebody that actually works at "The Company". Please do note the following- all forms of communication, written or verbal, will be recorded and used as evidence if need be. "
"WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!! Parcel sent on Monday with perishable food stuff by awesome supplier and was supposed to be delivered Tuesday. Notification was received of delivery before end of day Tuesday. Waited until 18:30 for a no show. Driver rode around whole day with a defrosted package containing meat. Got a sms stating that parcel was safe back at the warehouse. Contacted them Wednesday morning and was promised first delivery when driver arrives in Parys. AGAIN, driver rode around the whole day with my perishable parcel. FINALLY received package at about 16:30. Take a wild guess.... both icepacks were WARM to the touch (completely defrosted for a while). Both packages of what was supposed to be delicious Mortadella was bloated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY WITH FOOD STUFFS THAT CAN SPOIL!!!!!!
From the excellent service they offer their clients, the stunning support in every aspect I've had so far to the phenomenal call center team, Switch Telecom has a winning recipe. Every single time that I had to make or receive a call from the company I've been left stumped. You are treated professionally and kind.... and above all, with WARMTH. The call center team especially makes any client at ease and feel respected. Oh, and their product offering and knowledge is top tier. A remarkable team to be justifiably proud of.
Walking in, welcomed like a long lost friend. Sharing knowledge and just being beyond awesome. And did I mention the stunning prices. They rescued me with a wheel and axle for my bike... at halve the price quoted me by a local shop. I would absolutely recommend them. All they need now is a beer garden :)
New client placing an online order at a new supplier, I honestly had worries :) Their service is fenominal and fast. I don't know the team or their names, but thank you very much for delivering a quality service. I will gladly use them as a preferred supplier in future.
Honestly? Very pleasantly surprised. Good quality products at really good prices. And I can definitely not complain about delivery. I will gladly use them again.

I've had many orders placed via Takealot.com, and I can honestly say that I cannot be more pleased. Any problems are resolved in a courteous and professional manner. It is seldom that dealing with an online company has left me with such an amazing feeling of believe and trust as I have enjoyed in my dealings with this company. From the get-go there was up to date communication about my transaction and any movements on my order. I can honestly count Wootech.co.za as a favoured future supplier of choice and I would wholeheartedly recommend them anytime to anyone.
Just log a complaint at Payfast about them. Payfast does not like vendors on their list misbehaving like this.
