We purchased a new drum for our printer in July 2019, this is the first time in about 10 years that the printer’s drum had to be replaced. We bought the new drum form Business Images and the printer is indicating that there is an error with the Drum after only 4 months. We called Business Images and was informed that a new drum will be delivered the next day, the gentlemen just needed to check if they had stock. After following up we were informed by the manager that they will collect the faulty drum the next day but will have to test the drum first before replacing it which takes two weeks? We use the printer to print labels on out stock and we are desperate and can’t wait two weeks for them to test the faulty drum. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Business Images after service is shocking and you might be paying a little bit less for your stationary but there is NO assistance when you have a problem with their product. Be very cautious when purchasing from them.
I ordered earphones from Loot and received the incorrect earphones. There website return policy states "incorrect info/ Incorrect item -7 days of receipt -No collection charge as well as Incorrect items. We will either replace the item or refund you for any item that you receive that does not match the description advertised on the website. We will usually need you to return the item to us at no additional cost to yourself. Please log a return within 7 days, where the item is not what you ordered. I have followed these rules and yet Loot wants to charge me for collection. I am so disappointed with there service and excuses. There is an "excellent service" review on hello peter from one of there staff members? If only they service there customers they would not have to get there staff to falsely up their rating.
<p>I have been so disappointed with the Support, or should I say non-support, that omni accounts offers their clients. I got an email from them advising me to do an upgrade to our package which I started the prosess, which is not user friendly. They sent me incorrect codes which I advised them on. Every time I have to wait 3 days for an answer. I was sent another code which got me another step further with the upgrade. I have now finalised the upgrade and the system says “DATA PROBLEM’. </p> <p>I cannot get into our system at all and cannot do any invoicing or daily work. I contacted Omni and was informed that the only way they can assist me is if I pay them for there support. Surely with an Upgrade, that they asked me to do, that does not work, I should get support! It is uncanny that the upgrade is sent out just before Christmas forcing their clients to pay for support in order to do business.</p> <p>I would never have done the upgrade, knowing I would have this problem. Please do your research before investing in an accounting service that DOES NOT give their clients support unless you pay them.</p>
