This team, especially Themba, Chris and Naz have gone out of their way to assist with all our company's need. From printing, corporate gifts and stationery to sanitizers and computer equipment. I highly recommend this business for their exceptional service and dedication.

Wow! After reading posts from other people that have been treated with the same disgusting and unethical service as I have, I wish to have seen these before I decided to support this local business. I would like to put on record that Nate McCathy is the worst Sales consultant that I have ever dealt with (and mind you, this includes cashiers, which we may have thought as some point, had anger issues). He has no idea about what he is doing there and how to communicate with clients. My order was meant to be delivered on Friday and was only delivered on the Tues the following week. His reason was that the driver tried delivering and no one was there to collect, which is nonsense as we have 24 hour security. A response from him states that "You can collect yourself" and this is 3 days later!! The driver eventually delivered and on his delivery notes, the delivery date was moved. Who moved this, remains a mystery. I have all mail trails and every voice recording. Should the company decide to actually do something about the Service delivery offered to clients, I will gladly share these with you. From myself, never again will I deal with them and a referral will never come from me.

As a loyal Client of many years I am utterly disappointed in the shocking service. Granville from Business Images failed to follow one simple instruction to deliver an urgent order to a seperate address that was specified twice. Needless to say the order was delivered to the incorrect address and when the driver was told what the correct address is and that the order could not be accepted he sighed and was rude. I followed up multiple times trying to get this sorted and was promised to be called back in a few minutes as the order would be delivered on Friday still. I was NOT phoned back. No apology. No explanation nothing. Nearly a week later and the order STILL has not been delivered. I was called by Granville and after he was extremely rude he put me through to a so called manager named Brian. What a ****y and arrogant man. I have never in my life had a "manager" immediately tell me when I say I am unhappy that he sits across from Granville and Granville did nothing wrong. Not apologize or try understand my issue. He immediately arrogantly tells me there is no issue. He proceeds to laugh while I explain the problem and interrupts me multiple times. I will never recommend Granville or Brian or Business Images as a whole. Incompetent and horrible service.

We have been dealing with Kurt Arends from Business Images for some time now, and he is always quick to phone to find out if you require stock. However we have ordered toner cartridges twice and both times we received the incorrect stock. Both times we requested the stock to be exchanged, we are still waiting for Kurt to organize this. We specified the address and he sent them to the incorrect address. We are sitting with ink Cartridges that we can't do anything with and paid for! Shocking service for sorting out problems

On a number of occasions i have been let down with being supplied. I have received endless promises in which has left our company at a stand still due to having no way to print. The excuses and lack of commitment has left a sour taste in all three of my businesses mouths and we will be moving our business else where

We purchased a new drum for our printer in July 2019, this is the first time in about 10 years that the printer’s drum had to be replaced. We bought the new drum form Business Images and the printer is indicating that there is an error with the Drum after only 4 months. We called Business Images and was informed that a new drum will be delivered the next day, the gentlemen just needed to check if they had stock. After following up we were informed by the manager that they will collect the faulty drum the next day but will have to test the drum first before replacing it which takes two weeks? We use the printer to print labels on out stock and we are desperate and can’t wait two weeks for them to test the faulty drum. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Business Images after service is shocking and you might be paying a little bit less for your stationary but there is NO assistance when you have a problem with their product. Be very cautious when purchasing from them.

The service I have received from Business images is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend them at all! After repairs they said they would deliver, and for 2 consecutive days they promised delivery for "today" - and NO DELIVERY!

The service I have received from Business images is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend them at all! Get called every single week asking to support them. I decide to go ahead and ask for a quotation for ink cartridges which is clearly stated VALID FOR 7 DAYS. Received quote on 12 June 2019, accepted quote on 12 June 2019, made payment on 13th June 2019 only to receive an email on the 18th June 2019 asking for my bank details to do a refund because their prices changed over the weekend. Never mind the fact that I paid and approved all before the 7 days were in fact up. Also a complete inconvenience as I now have to wait for the refund to reflect to be able to order ink from someone else and now my office sits without ink for over a week. Pathetic!!
