For the past two decades, I have endured persistent and unjustified harassment from Mogale City Municipality. This ordeal began after my brief six-month tenancy at a property, during which I diligently fulfilled all my financial obligations, including paying a deposit and settling my account every month. Despite fulfilling my responsibilities as a tenant, the municipality failed to refund my deposit upon my departure. Instead, years later, I continue to receive emails alleging that I owe them money. What is most distressing is the ongoing harassment that has continued for 20 years. Despite no legitimate debt being owed, I have been repeatedly contacted via email by Mogale City Municipality, alleging outstanding balances. These communications have been a source of undue stress and inconvenience, especially considering the clear evidence that all dues were settled and that the municipality owes me a refund, not the other way around.
I have been battling to get hold of someone to sort out a ticket purchased. You keep on emailing them as there, as there is no phone number and you just can't get through to someone with knowledge. I booked online, Mossel Bay to Cartonville, after I paid I received the ticket stating Mossel Bay to Cape Town to Carltonville. This is not what I booked I need it rectified Please
The order I placed on the 25th of January 2024 is still pending dispatch. How are you supposed to run a business! Your service is shocking
Normally extremely happy with the service I receive from Afrihost.com, but not this week. Totally shocking!
We have Business and Personal insurance with Discovery, we moved our insurance due to the fact that Discovery had all these promises... We had a claim and they refused to pay a section of the claim. We requested the voice recordings on both policies since April 2023 and still waiting.
Booked a flight and paid 1st of October, 12th October we received an email to advise that the booking was cancelled. When trying to book again the prices have increased by at least R1500. Shocking
Almost a year ago I disputed charges to our Vodacom Contract. Nothing changed and they are still charging me for a "FREE GIFT". I decided to subtract the amount from our account. Now they keep phoning for the short payment. I have spoken to numerous consultants and they all state they will follow up and get back to us. We even completed the requested forms and sent them to the Fraud department and still nothing. Please can someone from Vodacom sort this out?
We have been dealing with Kurt Arends from Business Images for some time now, and he is always quick to phone to find out if you require stock. However we have ordered toner cartridges twice and both times we received the incorrect stock. Both times we requested the stock to be exchanged, we are still waiting for Kurt to organize this. We specified the address and he sent them to the incorrect address. We are sitting with ink Cartridges that we can't do anything with and paid for! Shocking service for sorting out problems
We sent emails regarding claims and received a response email stating they are looking into the issue. then you receive an email stating your call has been attended to. But the claims are not resolved. We sent emails to Ivy Nkwanca' <Ivy.Nkaca@3SixtyHealth.co.za> and 'Nomasonto Sikwe' <Nomasonto.Sikwe@3SixtyHealth.co.za> to change the debit order details in February 2020. This is the second month we receive sms messages stating the debit order deduction was rejected. We have sent them two emails regarding claims that have not been settled and two emails regarding the change of banking details. We have tried phoning and you either get transferred to someone else or the other person states that they are off line and can't assist, they give you a different contact number. Upon phoning the contact number you get an answering machine. We even sent an email 'webaccess@sechabamedical.co.za' to register for self help service, they don't even respond. Please can someone get in touch via email michelle@duratrailers.co.za as your service on shocking.
August 2019 I requested insurance to be cancelled on two handsets, only one was cancelled. In September 2019 I queried two lines that started appearing on our account, I was advised that we took out two new contracts. When I requested proof of these contracts, the upgrade contracts were sent of old numbers. This is extremely bad service. Vodacom is quick to block your contract if no payment is received, But when they need to refund you they take their time.
