Damaged Tablet screen from repairs.

My device returned from repairs from rugged which was only 5 months old, it came back with deep scratches on the entire left side of the 10 inch tablet screen. I think my screan was swooped by their out sourced repairer. I've emailed rugged twice and they are silent. Now I'm not holding my breath becuase we all know their generic answers to all hallo Peter reviews.

GM all, I was called yesterday by a senior representative of rugged yesterday, and I want to state that my issue was sorted and I'm very relieved that my device will be sorted out. Rugged has stepped up and I'm very grateful.
