False advertising from rugged S.A.

Rugged as does not carry a warranty on their products. I bought a rugged Black view bcc 9000 pro ultra rugged phone and was testing it out when the rugged phone failed. I had the phone for 3 days now rugged S.A. wants me to pay R4300 TO repair my phone.
