I have sent Ruslamere a email on the 15th February, have emailed again and called them. Cant believe a 4 star establishment doesn't even reply to messages from unhappy clients. <br> <br> Still waiting 2 weeks later to hear from them.<br> <br> If that is 4* service well im shocked, had terrible service, terrible food and cold <br> <br> Thanks
