Ruslamere Guest House and Spa, GIVE IT A MISS FOR SURE
Too terrible for words. The place is so run down. The water features on the pictures of the site are bone dry. The one is falling apart. The flatlets (and note we had a "Luxury" suite has holes in the wall where it looks like plugs were installed before. Bathroom fitting lose, ants absolutely everywhere. They have a fridge and microwave, but no cutlery. Only one bath sheet instead of 2, but 2 little ones. TV only has that once off buy open serve so nothing to watch at all. Take your laptop if you want to watch anything. So disappointed and it wasnt like it was a cheap place to stay. Even the bed has dips in the mattress. The ports to charge your phone next to the bed dont work at all. I could go on and on and I have taken pictures. The door to the outside balcony cannot open so you cant even sit in the breeze and as they are a no smoking establishment one could smoke outside if you are a smoker and not have to hide behind a bush. So not advised to go there.

Atmospheric
This restaurant had amazing food, but over and above that the atmosphere and service in the restaurant was incredible. The fact that there's a spa there makes it the best spot for a treat day and a nice bonding experience. You can get pampered at the spa, and then enjoy a great meal with high quality food and a candle lit atmosphere.

Disappointing massage
Good day I went for a hot stone massage at the Ruslamere Spa. It was a birthday present and meant to relax my muscles before I compete in a triathlon next weekend. It was by far the worst massage I have EVER had. The the****** was not even massaging, she was merely rubbing my skin. Even after requesting a bit more pressure, the same effortless technique continued. I just kept wishing the "massage" could end so I could get out of there and stop wasting my time. Definitely not recommended!

Bad service and cold food
I have sent Ruslamere a email on the 15th February, have emailed again and called them. Cant believe a 4 star establishment doesn't even reply to messages from unhappy clients. <br> <br> Still waiting 2 weeks later to hear from them.<br> <br> If that is 4* service well im shocked, had terrible service, terrible food and cold <br> <br> Thanks
