Too terrible for words. The place is so run down. The water features on the pictures of the site are bone dry. The one is falling apart. The flatlets (and note we had a "Luxury" suite has holes in the wall where it looks like plugs were installed before. Bathroom fitting lose, ants absolutely everywhere. They have a fridge and microwave, but no cutlery. Only one bath sheet instead of 2, but 2 little ones. TV only has that once off buy open serve so nothing to watch at all. Take your laptop if you want to watch anything. So disappointed and it wasnt like it was a cheap place to stay. Even the bed has dips in the mattress. The ports to charge your phone next to the bed dont work at all. I could go on and on and I have taken pictures. The door to the outside balcony cannot open so you cant even sit in the breeze and as they are a no smoking establishment one could smoke outside if you are a smoker and not have to hide behind a bush. So not advised to go there.
So imagine this. Get home to fine box of naartjies are rotten. Problem resolved and at the same time I buy a pocket of oranges. Upon opening the orange coloured back they were in, discovered that the oranges were all off too. I wish I could add the pictures to show you all. I have no words left.
Hello Dr authorisation never came through. No Dr returned the call at all, despite saying they will call back within an hour. I started requesting a call back from 7:30am on Friday. Assistants kept escalating the call, but no one bothered to ever call back. This means that we will have to pay the bill ourselves. To begin with we never had to ask for special numbers,. Its really shocking
Well have a query as my item was defective. Followed their instruction to make use of messenger but no one responds so what is the point. Quick to take your money and quick to deliver rubbish but won't respond and no telephone number to call. Disgusting and frustrating

AS PENSIONERS IT IS A REAL TREAT FOR US TO BUY A BAG OF REGAL CHOCOLATES FOR ALMOST R70 EACH MONTH. THIS MONTH WE BOUGHT THE TURKISH DELIGHT BAG AT CHECKERS N1CITY, AND 3 SEALED EMPTY PACKETS WERE INCLUDED. I HAVE KEPT IT TO SHOW. HOW DISGUSTING. HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES THIS HAPPEN TO AND NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING AND JUST ACCEPTS THE DISSAPOINTMENT. NOT ON
Its been at least 6 weeks and still cannot get Vumatel to come out and install my modem. Vodacom may not do this and they have also send numerous emails, but nothing. How disgraceful is this!!!!!!!
I have now been trying to get my Fiber line installed for weeks. The line is into to house, but something in the box to do with wires are not working, so all I need is someone to come in and connect the wires and I can plug in router. I have contacted VODACOM over and over again and they cant tell me when this will happen. Apparently VODACOM is not allowed to touch the box so its not their problem. What happened to Free Installation, etc etc. Nothing has to be installed, just a fiber line quickly couples. I am being sent backwards and forward. Who do I get to help me now. Its probably a 30 minute job.
Trying to get information regarding a claim, but the number called just says, "sorry the network is congested" No other options even given. When I called the customer care line they gave me the number to call for assistance. How crazy is this????
NEVER USE THIS Company. 3 weeks after paying for goods, they have never replied. All I got is an email to say order is being processed and tracking number will follow. Almost Christmas and it's not arrived. They don't have a telephone number to call and neither of the 2 email addresses reply. I got a delivery and read receipt but nothing. So they take your money and that's that. Don't ge conned people.
