Faulty Fridge

I bought a fridge for the amount of R70000 on the 15th of December 2023 and the fridge auto-locked itself and opened after some time and we left ice-pops in the fridge the whole night but when we checked in the morning the ice was still not iced. Instead of them changing the fridge, they tell me that i should wait for the technicians.
