Poor service

Poor Delivery Service and Broken Promises
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Powerbuild Cosmo City (EXT-3, Opp. Jackal Creek Corner Mall, Cnr. Boundary & Slovenia St, Cosmo City, Johannesburg). I paid for building materials and was promised timely delivery, but it’s been nothing but delays and empty promises. The team initially committed to delivering my final batch of bricks yesterday, but it didn’t arrive. When I called this morning, they promised to deliver both the bricks and plaster sand by 10 AM. Only the bricks showed up. Upon following up about the plaster sand, I was told that the truck was sent elsewhere, and no one seemed willing to take accountability. This has caused serious delays in my project and left me feeling frustrated with their lack of professionalism and reliability. Powerbuild, please improve your delivery services and follow through on promises to customers. I expected much better service.

Bad Service and Faulty product
I bought a chest freezer fridge at Russels Cosmo City on the 15th December 2023 and it auto-locks itself and does not freeze. They said they logged a call but still, I did not get assistance until now. The fridge does not serve the purpose at all.

Faulty Fridge
I bought a fridge for the amount of R70000 on the 15th of December 2023 and the fridge auto-locked itself and opened after some time and we left ice-pops in the fridge the whole night but when we checked in the morning the ice was still not iced. Instead of them changing the fridge, they tell me that i should wait for the technicians.

Rulldta taxi associations treat their customers as if they own them especially their que marshall.they will make you wait for a taxi in the morning for a long time. Their service is ****.. They don't have respect for their customers at all and don't think for them. The act like they own them..
