I regret why I bought a house at tirong estate. DWD scammed us and they don't know how to treat us residents. They trapped us. Phase 2 people run while you still can before the banks release their money. Don't fall into the same trap as us. Is been 4 months of hell.

Big scammers
Derek Warren Developments conned phase 1 residents of Tirong Estate and into occupying incomplete houses without water and electricity utility meters.They told me that they are installing meters in march only to find out that this was a big lie. they also lied to the banks financing the buyers that the house is in agreed terms as per offer to purchase.Went to Johannesburg municipal offices and they told me that its a scam the developer is responsible for installing the prepaid meters.mine is to only open an account under my name once property is registered.
