In an age where genuine and dedicated customer service is becoming increasingly rare my experience with miway was truly amazing.my interaction with Malebana Mohale was professional,competent and geniuses . I really appreciate his knowledge and expertise as well as his patience and courtesy is highly appreciated in a time of destress is really appreciated.

Derek Warren Developments conned phase 1 residents of Tirong Estate and into occupying incomplete houses without water and electricity utility meters.They told me that they are installing meters in march only to find out that this was a big lie. they also lied to the banks financing the buyers that the house is in agreed terms as per offer to purchase.Went to Johannesburg municipal offices and they told me that its a scam the developer is responsible for installing the prepaid meters.mine is to only open an account under my name once property is registered.
I got a data simcard from telkom which was supposed to be registered within 48hrs after delivery however this did not materialise. I called the call center on 27 Dec I spoke to Silvia Nyaka who told me she will escalate the matter I had to wait for AGAIN for another 72hrs which I did and understood that is a process and I had to be patient, however I waited in vain process still got no help from telkom. Then Vuyo called me (27dec) from sales support department she said she's escalating the matter AGAIN and that the sim will be activated later that very day or by Monday since can't be done over the weekend. I still got no joy I called AGAIN (03 Jan) spoke to Lungile Ndaba from order processing front line who said the problem was that the order reflected as pending she said shel close it off then it will be activated within 12 hrs she said I will get a message that shows that my order is closed off then sum will be activated. Im tired of the back and fort this is the 3rd week going through the same pain again. They must cancel my order so I can go to a better service provider or fix thier issues. This is the worst experience ever.
I have an ATM query with FNB that i logged from 16 July with the reference number :584042 to date is not resolved the consultants have told me over and over again that the issue is resolved and i will be refunded however nothing is done every time i call they tell me they are escalating the query and i will helped but nothing is being fixed
Telkom mobile has been debiting my account more than twice the amount i should pay two months in a row. The first month i called the consultant agreed that my money reflected twice i reversed the second payment they charged me reversal fees which means i was not supposed to reverse it i was supposed to incur double charges and do nothing about it.The second month the debited me R400+ with the reversal fees that was not my problem now this month again im being charged again R400+ which is almost three times my debit amount . iv been on the line with three consultants and they keep saying the matter is escalated but nothing is done they just keep taking my money telkom sucks i spoke to : Gabisile Radebe on 18 june 11:18 she said she escalated the matter nothing she gave me no reference number she said the only reference i have is her name and surname . then after about or days i spoke to : Nqobile Maphulo who atleast gave a reference number and said Gabisile never escalated the matter ,after this third call i got a message that my matter was resolved only to find a mail with extra more charges meaning in two months i would have paid R1000 instead of R140 time 2 . Telkom your call center does not work the are not even managers on site who can resolve the issue. this is not a way to run a service Im not happy with your service
Good day I paid for TV license at pep store a cashier after giving her my ID number she confirm my name's and surname . Now SABC says I still owe only to find out that the cashier put it under multichoice . I do not even have an active multichoice account so I do not know how this could hv been . How do I reverse this transaction to the rightful party ? SABC?
Good day I bought airtime at Vodacom for 1000 instead of R100 . I only realized when I saw the huge balance that I typed an extra zero . I currently cannot get hold of the customer care agents to find out how they can help me with the query . Non of the options put in place actually covers my issue . And still you cannot talk to a consultant . Please help Vodacom
