Totally incompetence of RLM

Im a resident of Rustenburg Rhenosterfontein and yet agen i have t report of total incompetence of the RLM with the powerout and power face down yet agen the second tim in a week where we as residents are being mislead by the RLM dew to a copy and past on the power out dew to no service whats so ever on power outs or down faces of power its a total point of incompetence to not give us an truthful update on the problem
