Im a resident of Rustenburg Rhenosterfontein and yet agen i have t report of total incompetence of the RLM with the powerout and power face down yet agen the second tim in a week where we as residents are being mislead by the RLM dew to a copy and past on the power out dew to no service whats so ever on power outs or down faces of power its a total point of incompetence to not give us an truthful update on the problem There ansers is always the problem was despatch hours and days after the power has been reported there answers are stil no updates or time frames from teams

I have been trying to get electricity overcharges (demand and access (or also called capacity) on my client's account (15256196) reversed since before 11/12/2025. On 11/12/2025 I formally declared a dispute a terms of Section 102 of the Systems Act. I visited the electricity unit already 6(six) times and the BTO of RLM various times and have submitted many e-mails, threatening to report RLM - ALL to no avail . Although the overcharges are common sense, the BTO refuse to reverse same, reasoning that the electricity unit must indicate as such, despite it being clear (in my view) that RLM overcharged my client said charges, as it is included in the "provisional bill" supp**** by the electricity unit. I have just been with Mr Phiri at the electricity unit and he is also of the view that the BTO must correct their error, as they charged these charges in addition to the demand and capacity charges on the provisional bill for November 2025. The problem is bigger, because RLM now includes these charges in the clearance amounts. Said section say they cannot exclude it despite the fact that it is disputed and not yet reversed. In closure, RLM target paying consumers, but fail to correct their own mistakes. I cannot help but to think it is deliberate and malicious.

Im a resident of Rustenburg Rhenosterfontein and yet agen without power the whole week we as residents of the Rustenburg Rhenosterfontein has been siting without power some days in the week for more than 6 houer and yet agen no answers from the RLM or the problem with the power has not been resolved not even to mention the pothols wmom has consumed intersection on busy roads old Pretoria round and ooraak road iteration and old Pretoria road and Rex road bufel****rt road old Pretoria road and denni estate rod are all intersection thats completely consumed by pothols the kroondal and watefal road is completely un drivable as the is no more intersection at all and yet just no problems are getting fixed by the RLM at all

There’s no words that can describe the poor and useless services @ Rustenburg municipality,@Sunrise view no water for full 2months when u ask there’s no answers but the statement will still say u owe he’ll lot of money for water,like how come?we need help please

Im a resident of Rustenburg Rhenosterfontein arie ouer Power is constantly out if thers rain or no rain the power stil is out constantly all the RLM has to say for them self is just nothing thy can do about the problem the team is buzy or thy have to resume in the morning or at a later stage cause thy can not find the problem we as residents whom are paying for the power water and utilities simply just get answers as we have to be patient and understand wile the problem dont get resolved or fixed at all oure rouds in the Rhenosterfontein arie are in total mes with pothols consuming the roads the rex and old Pretoria road and nothing is done to fix this problems in our ariea no evert is even attempted to restor power or the road and all what we get told is to be patient and understand

I am writing to report a complete lack of service and endless misinformation regarding a power outage affecting three buildings on the property at Waterglen. The problem started on September 29th. While most of our area and even the rest of our property had their power restored, three specific buildings did not. Since then, I have spent nearly R100 on airtime calling the municipality, only to be given the runaround. Every time I call, I am told a team will come to us "after they finish where they are." This has never happened. To make matters worse, I have been given specific, false locations for these teams: I was told twice they were working on the R24 road. Both times, I drove along the R24 and its offramps and saw no one. At 5 PM on September 30th, I was told they were at Excaliber on the R24. I drove there immediately—no one was there. When I called again at 7 PM, they claimed the team was suddenly at a completely different location. This is beyond frustrating. It is now 7 PM on September 30th, and we are still in the dark. This is not just about the electricity; it's about the complete disregard for your customers, the wasted money on airtime, and the blatant misinformation. We need a competent team sent to our address IMMEDIATELY to fix this. No more empty promises. No more false locations. Just action. I have lost my job over a year ago, due to the electricity problems on the R24 road. They don't even deserve a star.

The rates and taxes that i am being charged for extension 23 Boitekong, Rustenburg RDP houses are high and I am hardly at home, the electricity and water bill is ridiculously high and I hardly even use water that side .I only go home once a month. The whole area is a mess and I am told to pay R1600 per month for the rates and taxes that I only use once a month. 2.There is a water pipe that was broken for 3 weeks due to the municipality project for fibre installation, this is the 4th week and they have not repaired it. There was no electricity the whole past weekend and they still over charge me on rates and taxes that are high while service delivery is poor. I went to enquire and complain and I did not get assistance. The lady who works at enquiry told me that if I want to get the full statement for since the house was registered after my mothers passing ,I have to pay R20 per page which i have never encountered even at local internet cafes, she refused to send me an email saying they have system issues. I asked for the managers email and they refused to give me. May I please be assisted on this matter.My bill is suddenly R10k ,I have been paying R500 per month, last year the bill was on 00 when I opened an account.The whole of January and December I was not at home but they even took me to their lawyers and on a daily basis ,I am being bombarded with legal calls, messing up my credit record and telling me they will summon me to court. I sent emails of proof of payment to the same lawyers and the municipality but they did not allocate money instead I feel harrassed and I do not have money to afford lawyers to attend to that case since I have alot of debts and expenses that I am trying to recover from. Due to the historical financial issues reported, is this a way of the municipality recovering their loss by exploiting local citizen?Is everyone in the Boitekong extension 23 which is close to informal settlements paying the same amount of rates and taxes especially for people who stay in the area full time? Please kindly assist on escalation and complaint platform
