I am writing to report a complete lack of service and endless misinformation regarding a power outage affecting three buildings on the property at Waterglen. The problem started on September 29th. While most of our area and even the rest of our property had their power restored, three specific buildings did not. Since then, I have spent nearly R100 on airtime calling the municipality, only to be given the runaround. Every time I call, I am told a team will come to us "after they finish where they are." This has never happened. To make matters worse, I have been given specific, false locations for these teams: I was told twice they were working on the R24 road. Both times, I drove along the R24 and its offramps and saw no one. At 5 PM on September 30th, I was told they were at Excaliber on the R24. I drove there immediately—no one was there. When I called again at 7 PM, they claimed the team was suddenly at a completely different location. This is beyond frustrating. It is now 7 PM on September 30th, and we are still in the dark. This is not just about the electricity; it's about the complete disregard for your customers, the wasted money on airtime, and the blatant misinformation. We need a competent team sent to our address IMMEDIATELY to fix this. No more empty promises. No more false locations. Just action. I lost my job over a year ago due to the electricity problems on the R24 road. They don't even deserve a star.

I teach online and since yesterday vodacom's internet is so bad that I can't even open my material in ClassIn. I phoned Vodacom today and well, according to them there is no problem with the internet. Strange enough, everybody in my city are complaining on social media. You offer a service that is useless and your staff is worse!!! If i don't work Idon't get paid, if I have internet problems, I can lose my job! But hey, who cares, righty??
I paid extra to get my parcel delivered the next day. Today is the next day and nothing. I have asked them previously how we can add or choose a time for delivery, especially when a place closes earlier, but no help at all. I contacted them via phone today, nothing. I send an email, got a reply, rep**** on that email and that was the last I heard from takealot. Send another email, nothing. Tried to phone again, and it was at 6 o'clock, and the recording says, we close at 7pm, but we can't take your call because we are closed, but its 6 o'clock? No ways, won't support them soon again! I bought a few laptop parts and I first contacted them via email. I was assisted by Suzanne and she was quick to answer my emails I returned 1 of the parts and they were quick to replace it. It really makes a person feel hopeful to have more experiences like this with other businesses. Thanks to Suzanne for great service
I ordered a keyboard for my laptop on 9th August, paid for it and the delivery fee online. Received order number and payment confirmation email. On the 11th I sent an email to ask about the delivery date. Got a reply stating that I showed interest in a keyboard and I have to follow the link to place the order because "for some reason unknwon to us you were unable to complete your purchase" I rep**** with all the confirmation emails and ask for explanation for the keyboard showing as ordered on my Paycheap account In the meantime I reorder the keyboard just so I can get it delivered. I get a reply, no explanation just again, reorder part and use coupon. I rep**** and never got a reply back. I checked my account and it shows 2 orders for the same part. Eventually got a whatsapp nr for paycheap and then was told I should credit the parts on my account to get a refund cause the keyboard in stock is faulty. WTH? I was supposed to be refunded Friday the 18th, Monday I asked for proof of my refund, they ignored me. Today is Tuesday. Got a reply after sending a message again just to be asked for the order nr. I have never in my life seen anything like this. Wednesday will be 2 weeks. I want my money back and if possible, please remove the 1 star!
