Unacceptable behavior to power outs and maintenance from the RLM at night

Good evening im a resident of Rustenburg Rhenosterfontein for the past 2 years that im staying in Rustenburg Rhenosterfontein it been a non-stop problem with the RLM and the power out that the RLM just turn off the power or simply just dont reply to a power out resolving in days on end without power thers also no maintenance done dearing the day at nigt time thy want to do maintenance on fulty lines or transformers resolting in leaving the power out to the day shift cuse thy can not see at night to us as residents thy simply say that we have to be patient and sorry for the inconvenience if there is weather or not this is there responds
