Unacceptable treatment from the Rustenburg Municipality

Yet agen on a week ago on a Friday and we are sitting without power yet agen we are residents of the Rhenosterfontein on the outside of Rustenburg week after week we are facing a problem with the RLM and power where they cannot give us an answer to way the power is out they don't even want to respond to anything not a telephone call or WhatsApp text there finding is only to give you a number thats that and nothing else in this line its unfair unacceptable as a resident to not have power in this result we get left for days on end without power and cable and mini subs to be ( damaged ) as thy report its just a covering statement for them to sit and relax on shifts not to do maintenance and up ceeps resolting in powerlines to be ****** and caps in min subs to be taken out we as Rustenburg resident are being over charge on our power rates cus thy dont have any blueprint to what powerline goes where and wger it feeds from due to subcontractors lost and ****** powerlines as a resident this is unacceptable that we have to endure in this way off being treated from the Rustenburg Municipality
