I wrote the following e-mail the the owner Micheal Ryan Good Morning
Yesterday I went to your establishment after promising myself never again....
Preciously I went there and the lady at the cashier argued with me that the colour of the pot plant I was never sold there. Yet I have them at my house and I bought them by you. A gentleman reminded her the customer is always right. The other older lady was also very rude and did not help me kindly.
Yesterday I got there for the attached and I told the lady she short changed me and she said no she did not. I told her twice I think she made a mistake. She was so rude though I just let it go.
I run small plant business from my office desk and markets. I love your pots, they affordable and good quality. But now I`m going on Temu. I wanted to support local now I`m supporting China... I will need to tell my clients my supplier is a rude ***** run business and I have had to get other pots. I hope the quality will be okay. But I will no longer be abused by your cashier.
She can`t keep being this rude every time. Even on the review she is mentioned. I took mine off cause someone made me feel bad about complaining and said "maybe that lady is going through something". Well I think she is, she needs counselling and she needs to be in an office far from people. My mother and son are currently unemployed, they would love to serve people and do it with a smile. A job is something you should value. Even if as one reviewer pointed out the lady is family. You are on Hello Peter also...
I want my R3.05 back this is *****ing it`s wrong. I don`t go in your nursery and ***** plants I paid and in fact I overpaid. And if she is wrong as my photos prove she should have had the humility to say so not keep *****ing my money
You need to be kind, it`s just good business it`s just good humanity and if you can`t be kind, don`t be in business.

Now Please can I have my proper change back ? As per the photos I sent you I was overcharged. I only got 40 c.

I called him back and he says he does not owe me any money. It`s not even about the R3.05 anymore it`s about just being nice.....
Don`t go there. I pray they close cause and I don`t care if that is unchristian by his standard. Jesus cursed a fig tree.
Would not recommend them at all
