I wrote the following e-mail the the owner Micheal Ryan Good Morning Yesterday I went to your establishment after promising myself never again.... Preciously I went there and the lady at the cashier argued with me that the colour of the pot plant I was never sold there. Yet I have them at my house and I bought them by you. A gentleman reminded her the customer is always right. The other older lady was also very rude and did not help me kindly. Yesterday I got there for the attached and I told the lady she short changed me and she said no she did not. I told her twice I think she made a mistake. She was so rude though I just let it go. I run small plant business from my office desk and markets. I love your pots, they affordable and good quality. But now I`m going on Temu. I wanted to support local now I`m supporting China... I will need to tell my clients my supplier is a rude ***** run business and I have had to get other pots. I hope the quality will be okay. But I will no longer be abused by your cashier. She can`t keep being this rude every time. Even on the review she is mentioned. I took mine off cause someone made me feel bad about complaining and said "maybe that lady is going through something". Well I think she is, she needs counselling and she needs to be in an office far from people. My mother and son are currently unemployed, they would love to serve people and do it with a smile. A job is something you should value. Even if as one reviewer pointed out the lady is family. You are on Hello Peter also... I want my R3.05 back this is *****ing it`s wrong. I don`t go in your nursery and ***** plants I paid and in fact I overpaid. And if she is wrong as my photos prove she should have had the humility to say so not keep *****ing my money You need to be kind, it`s just good business it`s just good humanity and if you can`t be kind, don`t be in business. Thank you He told me to send another e-mail and apologise or he will call his lawyer on me... So I sent this Dear Mr Ryan My apologies for the derogatory e-mail sent to you last week. Done Now Please can I have my proper change back ? As per the photos I sent you I was overcharged. I only got 40 c. Thank you I called him back and he says he does not owe me any money. It`s not even about the R3.05 anymore it`s about just being nice..... Don`t go there. I pray they close cause and I don`t care if that is unchristian by his standard. Jesus cursed a fig tree. Would not recommend them at all
10/09/2025 I went back why why why ?! The prices are good and the same lady assisted me paid me short R3 I kept telling her the change is wrong. I think she counted an extra drip tray I got 5 trays for R2.95 and one for R1.95... Total must be R16.70 I got 40c back for some reason and I told her it`s short. I eventually left as I was just defeated. Any suggestions for a place that sells small planting pots for cheap ?, I can`t handle the abuse here. The cashier is so rude. And I`m not the only one complaining. She is in the other reviews also. Just be nice already you are giving a really nice nursery a very bad name. You obviously family and that`s why they keep you. But you are not nice ! On my last visit an older lady asked me what I want there in such a way that I felt scolded. Even the cat was angry. Now I asked for a pot in a certain a colour was told I was wrong by a very rude younger lady. The gentleman at the counter kindly reminded the lady that the customer is always right when I showed him the difference in colour. The lady was so rude and unwilling to order more. It`s like you doing them a favour going there. I`m tired of being abused, I was a client. At least be nice. Will avoid going there in future which is a pity since the prices are good. But customer service is horrible.
I`m trying to get accepted as a student but was told my matric certificate is not a certificate only a statement. This has never been an issue. I just want an acceptance letter for sponsorship at work. Pinky sends one sentence answers and is very unhelpful I have to print a 18 page out of the prospectus for one course info. Deadline is tomorrow I`m going to loose this change cause no one wants t help and they going to send a generic we are sorry to this compliant now. Don`t use them !
So this is my second review I was hoping to do 5 stars this time but after my last review I got feedback from Ryan Mohan with R400 voucher. I placed and order and paid the R15 difference needed at the store for my order. I then got an email to say stock was finished. This after I confined on what's up I'm going to go pay is the stock still there.... I then asked Ryan to redo the vouchers as I lost it with my order. He dis this. I placed another order this time for R699.98 and waited for payment instructions. And against they cancelled my order. I got hold of customer care Lwando Siganeke said to go to the store so I drove to East Rand Mall Mr Price Home only to the told to call Customer care cause there is problems with I online orders.... I just want my R400 voucher to buy two side tables. I'll pay the difference I just want my lounge to look complete Is this too much to ask ? Now I've spent petrol money, parking money and I still don't have my beautiful side tables 😭
Staff are friendly and helpful, wide range of items and the prices are reasonable
So we found a couch online L seater for R 5000 we went to go purchase it... We had to walk to the payment desk twice to ask to be attended to and when they finally brought the couch it was one piece for R5000 meaning the whole set was R 10 000. They refused to give us the whole set for R 5000 even though it was wrongly advertised and the Manager said a mistake was made on the website. This was not my mistake. I ended up buying other couches that where on special and a sleeper couch that is so flimsy. I then contacted the customer care via e-mail and was told "Hi Ronel Lu****, Siyasamkela Maphumulo here from Team Mr Price We have received feedback and it has been advised that there was a pricing error on the website and it has been rectified. The Santana Corner Unit Sofa (SKU 105398466) price is R10 000. We apologize for the inconvenience. Have a lovely day and let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with :) That`s it ! Sorry for the mistake you picked up that we made.... I feel cheated and want to return my purchases Really bad service and not a care in the world

You're a person not a potential commission Bianca went out of her way to get me assistance. Vicky gave me good advice and was honest with me. Even the lady who called me after was so nice. I felt valued. Would really recommend this company to anyone going through a difficult time with debt cause it's scary and stressful.
For the second time now I'm told my Fibre orders was canceled by me.... I never canceled. They say Vumatel said I said they must cancel my order for Fibre. Vumatel says they never said so. One month later no Vibre.... They gave us a router on the mean time but they switched it off before cause I canceled. I told them I never did. They put it back on now I sit here and wait for the router to go off again. Supersonic does not want to help us. I never canceled the order. They keep telling me I did...
So due to circumstances I put myself on debt review. I think it ends next year in 2021... I'm not sure though and nobody at Debt Safe can tell me when my last debit order will go off... I've sent over 10 emails and apparently my Relationship person is working from home. So now I wait and wait. Do yourself a favor and don't use Debt Safe You are not safe, you alone and nobody wants to help you.
