Don't ever buy a car from S4 auto dealership.

I bought a car from S4 auto in the beginning of September 2021. The car came qith no emergency kit no spare key and they promised me to get all those things in the following week. It's been 3 months now and I still havent received what was promised to me. Nobody is contacting me to update me unless I call or send messages which more often than not, are ignored. Now I need advice in terms of the legal route I can take.
