Poor student support system and not willing to improve

I am so disappointed, I trusted this institution from how it was marketed, only to later be ignored, no support or they are just poor in communication. I have read reviews and bad reviews. but it seems as if they are not willing to improve. you call them to no response. It is just a mess. I am a new student, but my dashboard looks like I've long enrolled, the progress moves daily however I have not even attended induction., they sent me an incorrect timetable. Why mara SAAA. ai
