Bad service/business

We've bought a cylinder head from SA AUTOPARTS after looking for one for a very long time. We've just knew that it should be the half-moon head, and that's what my husband look for everytime we've looked for a fuel injection head. We didn't know that you get different half moon heads and the salesman who we learned to know is the manager also by the same of Solly, didn't told him that we get a 7 day installation guarantee. My husband were informed that they give a month guarantee for when it's been fit/drove/used.

Our mechanic were very busy and could only helped us last weekend. We were on ease because we have the head that we've looked for, for over a year. It's now 2.5 months later just to discover that its not the correct head. We took it back and asked them if they can't help us with a new one, because the head is as we bought it, we just got it tested. Solly did even wanna consider helping us. Just say it's more then one month. We were prepare to wait if they sort us out with the correct one,, but clearly for them it's about money and not keeping their paying customer happy.

So now we're sitting with the wrong head, wasted R4500 and still sits in the same situation. I won't support that business again or refer anyone to them. They are proper vultures and nothing else. That's the business in Halt Road, Elsiesriver, Cape Town
