Riping off clients
I bought the engine from SA Autoparts Elsies river in July this year. They sold me engine with oil leaks and they didn't want to fix it until their 1 month guarantee is over. And they **** to me that new belts were fitted, last week of this October both timing and fan belts broke off and affected valves. Buy from them at own risk

Bad service/business
We've bought a cylinder head from SA AUTOPARTS after looking for one for a very long time. We've just knew that it should be the half-moon head, and that's what my husband look for everytime we've looked for a fuel injection head. We didn't know that you get different half moon heads and the salesman who we learned to know is the manager also by the same of Solly, didn't told him that we get a 7 day installation guarantee. My husband were informed that they give a month guarantee for when it's been fit/drove/used. Our mechanic were very busy and could only helped us last weekend. We were on ease because we have the head that we've looked for, for over a year. It's now 2.5 months later just to discover that its not the correct head. We took it back and asked them if they can't help us with a new one, because the head is as we bought it, we just got it tested. Solly did even wanna consider helping us. Just say it's more then one month. We were prepare to wait if they sort us out with the correct one,, but clearly for them it's about money and not keeping their paying customer happy. So now we're sitting with the wrong head, wasted R4500 and still sits in the same situation. I won't support that business again or refer anyone to them. They are proper vultures and nothing else. That's the business in Halt Road, Elsiesriver, Cape Town

Bad service/business
We've bought a cylinder head from SA AUTOPARTS after looking for one for a very long time. Untrustworthy
I bought an items through sm auto parts. I paid them on the 18th December. Before i paid i first confirmed if stock was available. The consultant assured me of that. That is why i made payment. I did send them several mails requesting update on my items i have paid to the total of R2998. I have recieved 1 reply in beginning of January. They said they will check where my parcel is and immidiately update me. I am still waiting. I did send 3 more mails to support. Sales and claims but no one responds. Even the whatsapp line they use they do not answer. Bit if you want to buy they repsond fast. The best is . i have told them on the mail i am going to publish it on hello peter and they really dont care at all. I will now go to me lawyer to get my funds back. And then i will never buy from them again. This comapny cannot be trusted. You will have an endless battle to get answers from them but wont recieve your goods. I dont know why and how they even exist in the market

Knock-Knock-Knocking Engine Double price... Bad Price....

Knock-Knock-Knocking Engine Double price... Bad Price....

Worse experience of my life
I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred between me and S A AUTO PARTS in Elsies River and middleman who happens to be a mechanic in Cape Town.The mechanic acted on my behalf to purchase an engine for a toyota verso. After the mechanic declared that he had installed the engine , I noticed several problens relating to the performanceof the car. When I wasn't satisfied with his explanation I personally approached the supplierS A AUTOPARTS for an explanation and was attended to by a guy called Nolan. To my surprise Nolan hinted that the eng fitted was a 1.4 and car is a 1.6 . After several deliberations the supplier suggested that we return the car to the mechanic to sort out the mess. I went to fetch the mechanic and informed him of what the supplier told us. On my arrival at the company the mechanic produced a voice note that exposed an agreement between him and Adam who attended to him on the day he bought the engine. The mechanic discovered a crack in the engine and Adam instructed him to "help me and I will help you" referring to the damage. Nolan was there as we were all listening to the voice note and the video's feom Adam and the mechanic. Adam on hearing that he was busted told me to come back on Monday 08.03.2021 and he will fit another engine without any payment and I must just bring 5l oil and new oil filter. On the appointed day Adam showed a dead face when I approached him and referred me to Nolan who informed me that the boss had told them not to go ahead with fixing the damage. Adam quickly disappeared to the damage being sorted. Prior to going to lodge my complaint with the company I went to two different companies to assess the car and the outcome from both of them was that the engine was kaput as the car is smoking like a chimney and the clutch is damaged as the engine is smaller for the car and had no perfomance. SA Auto Parts Driver has Road Rage on Highway
Today I was distinguished at the manner of the driver of SA AutoParts, I was on my way to work taking it easy driving in the left hand lane, not going to fast, when all of a sudden this toyota bakkie starts throwing lights and hooting like a guy who has road Rage, this happened about 8:30 am between the M5 turn off to Mowbray, I’m a big euthanize and has lots of friends who buys and sells and modifies cars, if a company like SA Auto Parts has people like this working for them then would strongly disagree with anyone who wants to do business with people who hoots and drives you off the highway because his in a late for work or maybe had a bad morning at home with his family,just a note when someone drives your company vehicle make sure that the vehicle does have the company’s name all over it.Im sorry to bad mouth a company because in to today’s times no company can afford to lose business over negligence.Thank you for read my safety message,I do not take this lightly and will post it everywhere, clearly these guys are not interested in their business, no business ethics, I mean running a business from WhatsApp and not from a site? Hmmm

SA Auto Parts Driver has Road Rage on Highway
