Today i need to mention this,ractism is real and i can mention to FNB Kenilworth Center,my mother is old and abit sick,so she had problems with her card,i was busy buy another shop ,i left belongs by the shop closeby,i told the person i was going to keep an eye on my mother,the purchase i was buying for was big,it didn't matter,now his the story with this clown at FNB Kenilworth Center is couldn't multitask reason being inwas standing next to him waiting for a few minutes watching him watching a black women type on the ATM screen,now i don't know if they are taught communication skills or maybe he thought he was watching a series,bit bluntly being ignore,his a short black man who wears glasses,the funny part the old women came inside the bank after wards..i was waiting for him.He never pitch ,i only wanted to ask and confirm if the card has expired.I wish i had a snake and throw it at him,he might have helped me,Sad but true south africa is doomed with the level of opotunity some individuals are given,i mean communication isn't rocker science,how did he get the job i ask?
I just want to advise the company Lombard tyres to tell their driver of a Toyota Hilux white bakkie who drove on the M5 today (HG 36NJ GP) registration to please his indicator, the colored guy I almost knocked, had an incident where another young guy thought he can do as he pleases, i am fighting with the persons insurance outsurrance for the last few months, I have been knocked, this fool think I can brake in time,he needs to learn to use an indicator cause if it was a cop driving at the back, his brain will have kicked in to avoid trouble, the guy was around 14:30 pm on the M5. Stay safe
It sadness me to type out this experience I went through at Toys R Us (Claremont) , which is suppose to be a toyshop filled out to be fun and exciting turned out to a nightmare.. The story goes like this, i bought hotwheel cars about a month or two which I wanted to return awhile ago about couldn't seem to find the receipt, I found it eventually.. I felt bad to ask to return it , I met the manager named Waleed a down to earth humble guy.. He said it was okay following procedure and protocols..anyways he explained it twice, reason being I got him twice in the store while browsing.. Now here is where it gets interesting.. The cashier made as if she was the manager telling me the packaging wasn't in a sellable condition, again I need to explain this story, the cars were bought on different occasions which means I received different receipts (each containing 2 hot wheel cars on them), the items barcode is the exact same and the receipts items is the same,yet this girl name Thamela told me and asked me arrogantly to explain what item belonged to what receipt. If you look at the attached you will see that all four cars has the exact same barcode and on the receipts all four barcodes are the exact same. I’m not someone with the highest I.Q in the world.. But really now? How did she get the job only God knows, it's sadly to have mentioned an experience as a hotwheels toy collector to be embrassed and humiliated like that, I don't think she wants to work there, the day before she joked and asked to buy her a marked down drink in the store? That is completely inappropriate and disrespectful. I hope action will be taken against cashiers who think the store belongs to them, i rather donate the toys to charity than return it, I pray that God help the individual grow in wisdom.

Today I went to Kenilworth Center, we paid the parking machine, we standing, the machine says pays R5, we never got our ticket or Change, the women at info says the machine says R10, Kenilworth Center is corrupt because it’s level 1 people must pay again, 2nd time I’m here and really dislike this mall, why must customers and clients pay for Parking when we doing the mall a favor yo make business
I went Old mutual at Kenilworth Centre and they were closed without warning, the funny part is that Centre Management If Kenilworth Centre themselves didn’t know, unprofessionally and unsafe they Nobody knew what went on there
I feel I.need to express my concerns over this matter, Makro Ottery i was not impressed when I went to return 2 items of under R100..I went to Makro Ottery on the 3rd of August 2020 now as everyone I stand in s line which I do not mind because of the social distancing, I get to the exchange counter and they busy which I understand, the old lady sitting there not sure what she’s doing, I go to her asking if I can return the items, she says use the next till next to her so I’m okay I acknowledge that she’s part of a process that I will wait for the next person, when I get to the exchange the young girl helps me quickly, I get to the old lady and I could see she didn’t seem to want to help the line to move faster, I was insulted when she asked “ from which Makro are you from” i then asked myself you working long a company why would you ask me that? I continue standing and trying to keep calm , someone comes back to over ride the exchange, now I could see that this lady was very inquisitive, now I’m not one to judge but do not ask me Irrelevant things please, she then ask for my I.D and now I’m upset because this has nothing to do with an her or anyone, I’m really DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED how people of MassMart “interrogated” me over a R100 return, This old women said she needed to check if it was me, Hello! Do you do this to all employees? I had to vent my opinion because I feel that it was unnecessary because I have to show my Identity to a staff member who does not need to know who I am and where I’m from, yet again it comes down to skin color and being part of the company it’s not suppose to be like that, I do not want to go into detail how I waited by the cashiers for the money because we needed to wait to ask for help by the express till, I the one cashier was just sitting and waiting like she want to go home, I’m sad to say I will not be returning anything anymore I rather keep the unwanted goods, I do not want to go through that process again, it feels like a “ jumbo store”’people are there just to pass time it may se
Today I was distinguished at the manner of the driver of SA AutoParts, I was on my way to work taking it easy driving in the left hand lane, not going to fast, when all of a sudden this toyota bakkie starts throwing lights and hooting like a guy who has road Rage, this happened about 8:30 am between the M5 turn off to Mowbray, I’m a big euthanize and has lots of friends who buys and sells and modifies cars, if a company like SA Auto Parts has people like this working for them then would strongly disagree with anyone who wants to do business with people who hoots and drives you off the highway because his in a late for work or maybe had a bad morning at home with his family,just a note when someone drives your company vehicle make sure that the vehicle does have the company’s name all over it.Im sorry to bad mouth a company because in to today’s times no company can afford to lose business over negligence.Thank you for read my safety message,I do not take this lightly and will post it everywhere, clearly these guys are not interested in their business, no business ethics, I mean running a business from WhatsApp and not from a site? Hmmm
I paid a guy which is the owner of Steel Solutions by the name of Wayne, paid him a deposit for gates to be put on the outside of the household, been phoning and texting with emails with no luck he ran away with the money not returning with anything, Wayne comes across as a good professional business owner..meanwhile his busy with dodging clients, he thinks people are push over, Shame on you Wayne bad man!
