EMPTY PROMISE ON REFUND
I HAVE BOUGHT GOODS FROM THEM, THEY FAILED TO DELIVER AND NOW THEY STILL NOT PAYING MY REFUND PROMISED TO ME. I HAVE WAITED FOR OVER 2 YEARS, MAYBE THEY THINK I WILL FORGET ABOUT MY 7275.42 THEY STILL OWE ME. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR.

since my review i have received atleast 70% of the money owed to me. i hope the matter to be settled soon and we part ways on good terms.

lossing hope in getting refund.
my name is Nthabi L, I bought pallisade from Steel Solutions in Orkney north west, i paid cash for pallisade and delivery in Dec 2019. i was told the delivery will be in Jan 2020 but to this day. i have been trying to get my refund from the company but all i get is lies after lies and empty promises. i have lost money and they even gave me a letter of commitment i think it was just to shut me up. They never get back to me whenever they promise to either telephonically or by email, the manager is never available. this has pushed my stress level up as they owe me a lot of money of which they are not willing to pay back.

Wayne steel solutions
I paid a guy which is the owner of Steel Solutions by the name of Wayne, paid him a deposit for gates to be put on the outside of the household, been phoning and texting with emails with no luck he ran away with the money not returning with anything, Wayne comes across as a good professional business owner..meanwhile his busy with dodging clients, he thinks people are push over, Shame on you Wayne bad man!
