lossing hope in getting refund.

my name is Nthabi L, I bought pallisade from Steel Solutions in Orkney north west, i paid cash for pallisade and delivery in Dec 2019. i was told the delivery will be in Jan 2020 but to this day. i have been trying to get my refund from the company but all i get is lies after lies and empty promises. i have lost money and they even gave me a letter of commitment i think it was just to shut me up. They never get back to me whenever they promise to either telephonically or by email, the manager is never available. this has pushed my stress level up as they owe me a lot of money of which they are not willing to pay back.
